Indian Oil Corporation Limited invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :
Post Name : Executive
Essential Qualification : Bachelors Degree in any discipline and 2 years qualifying degree both obtained as Full time Regular course from Institution/ College/ University/ Deemed University duly recognized by UGC/AICTE from anyone of the following qualifying degrees against the mapped positions :
(1) Corporate Communications : Post Graduate Diploma/ Master’s degree with specialization in one/ combination of the following specializations:
(i) Journalism
(ii) Mass Communication
(iii) Public Relations
(2) Human Resources : MBA/ Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) with specialization in one/combination of the following specializations:
(i) Human Resource
(ii) Industrial Relations
(iii) Labor Welfare
(iv) Personnel Management
(v) Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labor Welfare
(3) Marketing : Masters degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing Management or an equivalent specialization.
Essential Work Experience : Minimum Two years of post-qualification relevant work experience acquired as Full Time in Mass Communication/Journalism and/ or related field of work.
