ICAR Central Arid Zone Research Institute invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:
Post Name: Junior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Foods & Nutrition/ Food Technology/ Home Science/ Community Sciences/ Agri Business Management/ selected through process described by any of following:
Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Test-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship and GATE
The selection process will be through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Department and their agencies and institution such as DST, DBT, DAE,DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
Desirable:
Experience of working in villages with farm women, formation of SHG/FIG.
Knowledge and experience of food processing/ product development/ marketing/ Entrepreneurship development.
Experience of conducting survey, statistical analysis and interpretation of data.
Publications in journals, book chapters etc.
Post Name: Junior Field Assistant
Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in Home Science/ Agriculture/ Veterinary Sc/ Food Technology/ Agri. Business Management/ MSW
Desirable: Experience of working in farms, food processing, PRA, basic computer knowledge, recording of field data.
