Essential Qualification:
hould have retired from the rank of Section Officer/ Account Officer/ Audit Officer or Store/ Purchase Officer or equivalent or above (i.e. not below the Pay Level 8) on regular basis.
Well-versed with the following; Budget, Accounts, Audit and related financial matters, taxation, GST, customs duty, Incomtex, GeM purchase, contract rules, Rules and regulations of Govt. of India like GFR 2017, DDO manual, Procurement manual etc.
