Hi General,
I have joined TCS as a fresher and that time became an EPF/EPS member. After 3.5 years , I left TCS and moved to Capgemini Org and after 4 months of exit of TCS, They settled the PF amount to my bank account without being requested to do so .
After working 2 years , I left Capgemini and am working in Infosys now.
Now after few months I have initiated PF transfer online to transfer the amount from Capgemini to my current employer Infosys, but it got rejected with this reason:
1) PF WAGES MORE THAN 15K, DOJ AFTER ⅑/14, CONFIRM EPS ELIGIBILITY ELSE PROVIDE ANNEXRE K.
In Capgemini my basic sal is more than 15k .
I reach out to Capgemini Org for the same , they said reach out to previous employer i.e. TCS as I have been an EPS member since 2015 which is TCS joining date
And asked to provide ANNEXURE K.
I have raised an ticket in TCS alumini Portal but retiral PF team is saying as I have settled PF amount, so Annexure K will not be generated in your case.
I don’t understand what needs to be done in such case .
Please help or guide me in the right direction to handle such scenario.
