Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :
Post Name : Postdoctoral Fellow
Essential Qualification : Ph.D. (thesis submitted/degree awarded) in Physics/Electrical Engineering/Material Sciences or related disciplines (full-time)
Desirable :
(1) Strong fundamental knowledge in magnetism and spintronics
(2) Experienced in micromagnetic simulations using open-source Mumax/OOMMF
(3) Experienced in numerical and analytical methods for solving partial differential equations
(4) Strong programming skills in any language of preference (Matlab, Python, etc.)
(5) Excellent track record of publications related to nanomagnetism/spintronics
(6) Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
