Post Name: Guest Faculty (Assistant Professor)

Essential Qualification:

Good academic record as per latest UGC and the Panjab University norms in Master Degree of Economics with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Physically & Visually Handicapped) or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed at the Masters degree level from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR.
Strong hold on Micro & Macro Economics theory; Development Theory; and Quantitative Methods/Techniques for Economics

Desirable:

B.A./Graduation with Maths/Statistics
Knowledge of MS Office/STATA/SPSS/Eviews/R/Python.
Specializations: Econometrics; Mathematical Economics; Public Finance; International Economics; Industrial Economics.
