National Institute of Ocean Technology invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Technician Grade-A
Essential Qualification:
10th Class Pass (Secondary / Matric) of a recognized Board and ITI course in Electronics / Instrumentation approved by National Council for Vocational Training or equivalent from recognized Institutions.
Basic knowledge of computer.
Desirable: Experience of two years in the relevant field in relation to the job requirements.
Post Name: Scientific Assistant Grade-A
Essential Qualification:
First Class B.Sc., Degree in Zoology (with 60% marks) or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University.
M.Sc, degree in Zoology.
Basic knowledge of computer.
Desirable: Not less than 2 years of research experience in R&D laboratory.
Post Name: Scientific Assistant Grade-B/ Technical Officer
Essential Qualification:
Desirable: Not less than 2 years of experience in handling fabrication, assembly and testing mechanical system for sub-sea or surface applications, quality control management for such systems or operation and maintenance, dry docking or execution of projects in the area of ocean technology and engineering.
