B.Tech. with Chemical/Materials Science Engineering with a minimum of 75% marks (or 8.0 CGPA) with a valid GATE score
M.Sc. with Physics/Chemistry with a minimum of 75% marks (or 8.0 CGPA) with a valid UGC/CSIR NET qualification
M.Tech. in Chemical/Materials Science/Energy Engineering with a minimum of 75% marks (or 8.0 CGPA)
