National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Junior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification: M. Tech. in VLSI/ECE/Materials Science Engg (or) M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics with a minimum of first division (60% marks or equivalent grade). Computational knowledge is must.
Desirable: Research experience/expertise in the computational approaches of 2D functional materials, optoelectronics, density functional theory is preferential.
