Essential Work Experience: Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, With 5 years regular service as UDC/Accountant in grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in post in Level-5, Knowledge of accounts, rules and other government rules and Knowledge of typing Hindi and English.
