Essential qualification:
i. Holding post at Level 14 of Central Govt. Pay Matrix and minimum experience of 18 years. Experience in multiple support functions (i.e. Admin, Legal, Finance, HR, IT etc.).
ii. Government officers retired at level 14 of Central Govt. Pay Matrix and private sector/PSU candidates having 18 years of work experience in the relevant fields as above.
