  • The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is a private national educational Board in India. It conducts both the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) for Class X and the Indian School Certificate (ISC) Examinations for Class XII respectively. CISCE will publish the results of ICSE and ISC on its official website, cisce.org. The 10th ICSE result and the 12th ISC result are declared in online mode.

  • ICSE stands for Indian Certificate of Secondary Education and ISC stands for Indian School Certificate. The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is responsible for both conducting ICSE and ISC exams and for announcing the results. ICSE is a test conducted by CISCE for 10th-grade students.

  • The subjects of the ICSE curriculum are basically divided into two parts. Part 1 includes courses such as socially useful productive work, physical education, education of moral and spiritual values, art, and at least a third language from V to VIII.   • CISCE conducts ISC exams for Standard 12 students. For the ISC exam, the Course is in English and requires a list of elective courses. Electives include sociology, geography, history, biology, chemistry, physics, and Economic Applications. All students are required to take an English exam, but the number of electives can vary from 3, 4, and 5. The ISC score is based on 4,444 external exams taken by the end of grade 12. The ISC results also take into account socially beneficial productive work and internal community assessments.

  • The ICSE 10th-grade curriculum covers a wide range of informative and knowledgeable topics for high school students. The 12th-grade ISC curriculum, on the other hand, is structured and provides deep insight into the subject. The 12th ISC exam is very important because the results of the ISC exam are used for college admission to various degree programs.
