What is CEPTAM?
Full form of CEPTAM is the “Centre for Personnel Talent Management”,which is the Corporate Body under DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation). CEPTAM has an Independent Chairman and Director as its Administrative Head. It is a prestigious organization of DRDO. This organisation is formerly known as Personnel Assessment Centre (PEACE) and established in November, 1995 dedicated to cater for the DRTC Cadre (Technical Staff) of DRDO.
CEPTAM is responsible for the recruitment of Technical, Administrative & Allied category of non-Gazetted personnel, Assessment of DRTC officers & Staff. It facilitates training for development for some cadres as per the Training Policy of DRDO, also.
Technician ‘A’, Senior Technical Assistant ‘B’ (STA ‘B’), and MTS, etc., are some of the most popular examinations conducted by CEPTAM.
Eligibility Criteria
There are different eligibility criteria for different posts. Candidates should ensure their eligibility as per the advertisement. Indian citizens, aged between 18 to 28 years as of the last date of the DRDO CEPTAM exam application, can apply for this examination.
