What is Environmental Science?

Environmental science deals with the study of nature, environment, and the solution of environmental problems. Generally, this is an interdisciplinary branch of academic curriculum which integrates physical, biological, and geographical aspects of nature. So, we can say that this is the study of Climatic Changes, Conservation of Energy, Soil, water and methods to treat air, water and soil pollution

About the course - M Sc. Environmental Science

MSc in Environmental Science is a two year full-time PG course, which consists of many different areas such as Chemistry, Engineering, Biology Conservation, and Ecology. This course is divided into four semesters spanning over two years. In this course, students will be aware of scientific study of plants, fungi, algae, and will study about subjects of Physiology and Anatomy in detail.

EligibilityBSc (Hons)/BSc (10+2+3) with a score of 50% marks. Streams include all fields of science (zoology, biology, physics, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, geology, life sciences, etc.) except for maths and statistics.
