The full form of MH CET Law is Maharastra State Common Entrance Test for Law. It is a state-level law entrance exam conducted by the State CET Cell, Maharastra for admission to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes offered by law colleges in the state.

Eligibility Criteria
3-year LLB
The candidate must have passed graduation with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized university. SC and ST category candidates domiciled in Maharashtra must score at least 40% marks in the qualifying exam.
VJNT, SBC and OBC category candidates of Maharashtra must score at least 42% marks in the qualifying examination.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to appear in the MH CET law entrance examination for 3-year LLB admissions.
5-year LLB
Candidates applying for the 5-year LLB admission test of MH CET law should have passed Class 12th from a recognised board or institution.
The candidates must score at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination. SC and ST category candidates must score at least 40% marks. Whereas the VJNT, SBC and OBC category candidates must score minimum 42% marks in the qualifying exam.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible for appearing in the state-level law entrance examination.

How to fill MH CET Law Application Form?
Visit the official website of MAHA CET: https://cetcell.mahacet.org/
Select your course - 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB
Click on the registration link
Enter your name, parents name, mobile number and email Id.
Upload the recent passport size photograph and signature. The size of the photo should be 20kb - 50 Kb. And, signature size should be from 10 kb to 20 kb.
Enter the permanent address and correspondence address.
Also, fill the bank account details.
Select any three exam centres in the order of preference.
Enter Class 10th, Class 12th marks, board, percentage details.
For 3-year LLB, enter graduation details in addition to the school education details.
How to participate in MHCET law Counselling?
The counselling is also known as the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). The MHCET law counselling process includes online registration, document submission, verification, and providing college preferences. The State CET Cell, after verifying the documents and ascertaining the eligibility of the candidates, rolls out the seat allocation list. The MHCET law counselling is conducted in multiple rounds. After each round, the category-wise seat allocation list is released. Candidates shortlisted for admission will have to report at the allotted college and complete the admission process by submitting the course fee.
