What is GIS & RS?
GIS stands for the Geographic Information System and it is a computer-based tool for mapping and analyzing the geographical data. Basically, It analyzes the spatial location. It organizes different types of layers of information and converts them into visualizations.
RS is the full form of Remote Sensing. RS is the process of gathering the information about an object without physical contact with them. Generally, remote sensing" refers to the use of satellite and aircraft-based sensor technologies to detect and identify objects on Earth.
