SSC JE(Electrical)

Staff Services Commission (SSC) is responsible for conducting the SSC JE Exam to recruit eligible candidates for different engineer posts like Junior Engineers by the Government of India. SSC JE examination gives candidates an opportunity to fulfill their dream and to join the Government Sector. Candidates can read the notification and can apply for the post they want.

How to Apply:

Steps to apply for the Post of SSC JE(Electrical)
The process of filling online application for the examination consists of two parts:
I. One Time Registration
II. Filling of online Application for the Examination
Part-I (One-Time Registration)
(1)One-Time Registration can be done by clicking on the Register Now link provided in the Login Section on https://ssc.nic.in.
The one-Time Registration process requires filling up of the following information:
a. Basic details
b. Additional and contact details
c. Declaration.
Part-II (Online Application Form)

(2) Log in to the online system through your Registration Number and password
(3) Click Apply link in Junior Engineer under various posts Contracts Examination Section under Latest Notifications.
(4) Choose your examination center
(5) Select the post you wish to apply for.
(6) Details of the qualifying educational qualification.
(7) Upload your recent colored Photograph and ensure that the date should be printed on the photograph that has been taken. Applications with blurred photographs will also be rejected. The photograph should not be less than three months old, scanned passport size photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB). Image dimension of the photograph should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
(8) Upload your signature in JPEG format (10 to 20 KB) Image dimension of the signature should be about 4.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height) blurred signatures will be
rejected.
(9) Read the undertaking for appearing in the examination and if you agree, click on the “I agree” checkbox and fill up the Captcha code.
(10) Preview and verify the information provided by you and you can also modify the details.
(11) If satisfied that the information is correctly filled, preview and verify the information and submit the Application.
(12) Proceed to make fee payment Fee can be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit, or Debit card or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
(13) When an application is successfully submitted, it will be accepted ‘Provisionally’. Candidates must take printouts of the application form for their own records. Normally, a printout of the ‘Application Form’ is not required to be submitted to the Commission at any stage. However, if there is any discrepancy in the data, a copy of the printout may be demanded by the Commission.
