payal An Overview According to the suggestions of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, VIDYA PRAVESH has been established. It provides us with the guidelines for 3-month play-based Grade-I Children. The goal is to assist instructors in ensuring that all students join Grade I in a warm and welcoming environment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in a smooth transition to school. The goals of the guidelines are to provide a dynamic learning environment that is pleasant, safe, and gives emotional security and support to all children at school and at home. It is an integral part of NIPUN BHARAT—A National Mission on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN Mission). The document recommends a three-month or 12-week preparation period as a temporary solution until universal access to high-quality early childhood development, care, and education is realised, with a goal of ensuring that all children entering Grade I are school-ready by 2030 as stated by NEP 2020.
