UP Technical Education (Teaching) Service Exam is conducted by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) for the different posts in different government polytechnic colleges. The candidates who fulfill the qualification and experience can apply from online mode at uppsc.up.nic.in.

Education Qualification
The Educational Qualification for the post of Librarian are:-
Master’s Degree in Library Science with at least First Class or equivalent and a consistently good academic record, having the knowledge of computer.
Qualifying in the National Level Test conducted for the purpose by UGC or other equivalent tests as approved by the UGC.
