The Query Redressal System (QRS) is an online web-enabled system developed by National Testing Agency (NTA). Thus, NTA has established a QRS which is the platform based on web technology and has a primary aim to enable submission of queries/grievances by the Registered Candidate(s) of BHU-UET Examination. This facility is available with (24×7). This is responsible for speedy redressal of the queries/grievances.
For tracking the status of the queries/grievances, there will be generated a Unique Registration Number (URN).
To use this online facility for speedy response, the Registered Candidate(s) are advised to mail their queries on the official email id of BHU-UET, i.e., bhu@nta.ac.in.
