The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has established a help desk to assist schools with the computation of board results in 2021. This was done to aid in the computation of both 10th and 12th grade outcomes. All questions about CBSE result tabulation will be addressed and answered by the help desk. The board stated that only CBSE-related questions will be answered, and that no general questions will be answered in order to ensure the proper implementation of CBSE.
The helpdesk will be functional on all working days (Monday-Friday) from 9.30 am to 5 pm. The helpdesk will not entertain any visitor for face-to-face interaction.
