The Bihar Student Credit Card Yojana is a scheme that provides funding to students who require financial assistance for their higher education. The money can be used to finance a B.A., B.Sc., M.B.B.S., or B. Tech course.
Eligibility:
You must be a Bihar resident.
Any student above the age of 18 years is eligible to apply for a student credit card
You must have passed the 12th standard. You must seek a course at an authorized institute.
Interest on the borrowed amount: Under the Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme, no interest will be payable to the borrower.
How to apply:
- Visit - 7nischay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
- Click on ’New Applicant Registration
- Fill in the details and click on ‘Send OTP’
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile number/email ID and click on ‘Submit’

- Login using the credentials received via SMS/email.
- Set a new password and login with the new password
- Enter your personal details in the fields and click submit.
- Pick ‘Bihar Student Credit Card’ from the ‘select scheme’ drop-down menu.
- Enter the personal detail of the applicant and co-applicant.
- After filling in all general and financial detail click submit.
- You will get the acknowledgment through the mail.
