On self-awareness or self-complaint the earliest issues of the UGC show cause to the unrecognised institution to obtain the institution’s actual status, then certifies from the State/Local authorities for physical investigation/verification of the institution’s existence and operating.
The case has been brought to the attention of the Commission for final permission to add the name of the institution in the UGC list of fake universities based on the facts.
