SATH-E, or ‘Sustainable Action for Transforming Human Capital-Education,’ was started in 2017 with the goal of identifying and constructing three ‘role model’ States in the school education sector.
Jharkhand, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh were picked after a lengthy screening procedure.
SATH-first E’s phase was finished in March 2020. Learning enhancement programmes (remediation), governance changes, teacher training, recruiting, assessment, and accountability, school consolidation, IT-enabled school monitoring, and coaching of academic coordinators (BRCs/CRCs), among other things, have achieved significant progress.
