A large number of UPTET aspirants were unable to appear for the exam held on January 23 after they were denied entry at the Sector 30 DPS exam center.
It was the lack of certain documents that made officials refuse them entry for the major teacher recruitment exam.
Only aspirants debarred entry were those who were missing valid documents.
Officials wanted aspirants to produce the principal’s signature which had not been possible because the concerned person was present there.
The required document for which they were denied entry was - Printouts of BEd mark sheets had to be attested and without that, students were not allowed entry.
