| Educational Qualification : | Graduate in in any stream from a recognized university OR, 1 year equivalent Diploma from a recognised institute established by law in India. Or, Graduate in Journalism | |
| Desirable Qualification : | 3 years Feature writing experiences in Newspaper and Magazine. 1 year Diploma in Publishing work/Art/Music, etc. Minimum ‘B’ / ‘C’ Certificate in NCC. Or, Atleast 2 years work in Territorial Army. | |
