Harshraj it doesn’t matter if the Principal has changed. In my case too, the Principal had changed. The current school Principal would have signing and attesting authority.

Harshraj the school necessarily has to maintain all past records. If the school isn’t helping, visit the Council offices at Noida or Delhi.

Nazeemali DOB correction can also be done following the process as laid above. Your birth certificate must have the correct date.
Recently I had talked to the healp desk executives and they provided me information that there was certain error in my documents from the school side and theiy wrote to the principal that you are requested to do the corrections but because I was using my documents right now in graduation and I have already submitted photocopy of everything so during the receiving of my graduation degree there will be verification for it and this changed docs will create me problem if I don’t submit my original pass certificate for verification that’s why I wrote to the council back that sir please ask the school or convey the message to the school that corrections are not required now when in future it will be required by me or issues arise I will contact the school and the council as well so fl convey the message to the school not to initiate by themselves without informing me and then council wrote back to the principal that according to the student corection are not required so do not apply for the correction from the schools side and however I need corrections but not now in future the help desk people told me that I can apply for corrections in future also even if I have sent a rivert that I don’t need it now but I don’t understand will they help me in future or they will deny for corrections in future saying that I was given the opportunity but I didn’t to do it when chances were given but because if I would have done corections now then potential it would create problems for my degree I am not sure now I have to wait at least for 6 years because after 6 years only I will receive my degree and only then i can go for corection letss see help desk told I can go for corection in future also no issue let’s see

AmlanNaskar my documents are 7 years old and I have laminated it and now I want to get it correct it possible that the council will accept the laminated documents because I think lamination is not possible to be removed

My school said they will not allow or apply for corection now what else I should do

AmlanNaskar few years back i haf contacted board regarding corection issue the board wrote to school to initiate corection but I requested board to convey the msg not to initiate as problems are solved now and if any issue arise I will request school and board to help i did it as if would have created issue in reciving degree than the coincil wrote back to school not to initiate corection from school side as the student doesn’t need corection. Before this the executive of help desk of cisce told that corection can be issue later on even after I wrote to the council not to initiate now . But the school now is saying we won’t as council said u don’t need so now we won’t .. what to do can anyone help what law says

Sarbajeet you can still get them corrected. Approach an advocate and file a petition with the district/high court. The board and the school has to follow the directions of the court. In the first instance, you should have got them corrected no matter what. Nevertheless, it can be done.
AmlanNaskar can u explain me the process a bit better actually council said that rules do not deny in this case but it is on the principal to do it Nd he is denying so pls explain me
