CUCET or The Central Universities Common Entrance Test is a national level examination conducted by NTA or National Testing Agency. This examination is used by several universities for the admission into different courses offered by them.
The University of Delhi and the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) have approved the entrance exam for admissions next year onwards. Earlier, the admission in Delhi University for most of its undergraduate courses, was on the basis of merit and for admission in postgraduate courses, university used the score of DUET (Delhi University Entrance Test) conducted by the NTA.
It is notable that The NTA also conducted the JNU Entrance Examination (JNUEE).

The NTA said that the candidates must check the eligibility criteria of a participating university before applying for CUCET.
