Rites Limited invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Resident Engineer (Civil)
Essential Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University.
Essential Work Experience:
Candidates working in Central/ State Govt./ PSU/ autonomous organizations etc in an Executive capacity should have a total experience of 21 years and should currently be working in IDA pay scale of ₹ 90,000-2,40,000 / CDA scale at level 13 in pay matrix of 7th CPC or above. Candidates working in the Private Sector or other organizations with experience as indicated should have an annual CTC of at least 21 LPA.
The candidate should have Post Qualification experience of at least 21 Years out of which 6 Years should be in same or similar position of RE/ Team Leader of lenier in infrastructure project of Railways with experience in handling Contracts, Quality Assurance and Project execution of major infrastructure projects as per FIDIC Conditions of contracts, Railway Doubling/ New line in the capacity of Resident Engineer/ team Leader/ Project Manager etc. (Experience in Narrow gauge, siding works, maintenance works, preparation of DPR etc. will not be considered).
