In partnership with IIIT Hyderabad, a PG Certificate in Software Engineering for Data Science has been launched
In conjunction with an ed-tech company, the International Institute of Information Technology-Hyderabad has created a Post Graduate Certificate in Software Engineering for Data Science.
Faculty from IIIT Hyderabad, Great Learning, and industry professionals collaborated to build and deliver the eight-month curriculum.
The course is aimed at individuals who want to develop a unique skill set at the confluence of software and data science, as well as technology executives and managers who want to lead data science and AI project implementations in their organisations. This is presented in a one-of-a-kind style, with variable learning routes that candidates can select based on their work experience and educational needs.
The programme will be given at IIIT-Hyderabad in a blended learning model that includes live online classes and classroom residencies, allowing students to upskill without quitting their professions. It will educate students for positions such as data engineer, data systems designer, big data architect, machine learning engineer, technical systems architect, and others that are in high demand.
