I was going through an article that shows some newly launched courses by IGNOU that can benefit many students. So I am providing some important information regarding the course.
A Master of Arts in Sustainability Science (MASS) course has been launched by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). This program will be offered from January 2022 admission cycle in ODL mode by the School of Interdisciplinary and Transdisciplinary Studies.
MASS is the first of its kind in India with an aim to reach across all the corners of society. In line with the principles of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the program focuses on holistic and multidisciplinary education and adopts lateral entry and multiple exit options.
There are 15 theory courses in this program consisting of (nine in the first year and six in the second year) and a project in the second year.
The eligibility for the course is simple graduation from any university in any stream.
