INTRODUCTION:
CPNET 2021 is a Combined Paramedical, Pharmacy, and Nursing Entrance Test and it is a State-Level Entrance Examination. CPNET is organized by Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS) for the students seeking admission to Pharmacy, Paramedical and Nursing courses. CPNET is conducted via Offline mode. Qualifying the intermediate examination is the minimum academic requirement for CPNET 2021.

CPNET EXAM-2021 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Before appearing for the CPNET 2021 Exam, students must check their eligibility criteria. Eligibility criteria for candidates who are aspiring to apply for CPNET 2021 are discussed below.
Nationality:
Candidate must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
The candidate has to submit a domicile certificate. However, if a candidate has completed their high school and intermediate from Uttar Pradesh, then there is no need to submit the domicile certificate.
Age Limit:
Candidates must be 17 years old as of December of the admission year.
For GNM courses, the candidate must not be more than 35 years of age as of December of the admission year.
For ANM course, the candidate must not be more than 30 years of age as of December of the admission year.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must be qualified 10+2 level or equivalent from the field in which they wish to apply in CPNET from a recognized board.
CPNET 2021- APPLICATION FORM:

Read all the information given on the screen then tick the declaration form to accept the terms and conditions.
Register yourself by entering all the required details.
After that, you will get the OTP on your registered phone number.
Then the username and password will be sent on the registered phone number and email.
Again Login by entering the username and password and complete the application form.
Upload all the required documents according to the specification.
At last, you have to pay the application fee.
You can take the print out of the application form after it’s completed.

NOTE:
The reservation policies will be governed as per the latest and updated guidelines.
In order to get all the benefits of reservation policies, candidates must provide their Birth Certificates as per the format prescribed by the governing body.
Candidates availing the above reservation benefits must present their original and relevant documents at the time of CPNET counselling 2021.
The OBC certificate must be submitted by students and must be dated on or after April 1st, 2021.
After getting all the guidelines from the governing body, 10% reservation will be permissible to candidates belonging to the category of EWS.
