Normalization’s effect on examination selection procedure and candidates:
It would not be incorrect to assume that the normalisation of marks would have a significant impact on government exams. As I see, here are some of the most significant consequences of normalisation or marks:
a) You may believe you’ll get the bare minimum marks in your shift, but you may obtain higher marks.
b) You may believe you’ll get significant marks in your shift, but you may obtain lower marks.
c) I think the authorized boards do this to select candidates much more quickly and easily.
d) Students who took exams at both a tough and an easy level will now be considered on the same platform.
e) There will be no weighting of grades depending on shifts.
Finally, it can be stated that the normalization of marks will have a significant impact on all subsequent government elections.
Exams such as Railways exams, IBPS exams, SSC CGL, etc would also go through the normalisation process of marks.
