Amid mounting calls for the Class 12 exams to be cancelled, numerous Undergraduate (UG) students have written to Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, requesting that the 5th semester examination be conducted online.
On Thursday, students from numerous Puri institutions, including SCS and Government Women’s College, delivered a memorandum to the Chief Minister via responsible district administration officials.
Students are requesting that the UG 5th semester examination be conducted online or that they be promoted to the following semester immediately.
Examinations for the third semester were held in August 2021, which was the scheduled period for the conduct of the fourth and second semester exams, according to students in the +3 final year (2019-2022 admission batch) due to a delay on the part of the Higher Education Department.
