IIMA Faculty Releases Research Report Titled ‘The Glass Ceiling – Leadership Gender Balance In NSE 200 Companies’
Professor Promila Agarwal, Associate Professor, Human Resource Management, IIMA, hosted an event to share findings from a study titled “The Glass Ceiling: Research Report on Leadership Gender Balance in NSE 200 Companies,” which was conducted by Professor Promila Agarwal, Associate Professor, Human Resource Management, IIMA.
Professor Errol D’Souza, Director of the IIMA, gave the introductory comments at the event. Professor Promila Agarwal then discussed the findings of a study on gender balance in India’s NSE 200 companies.
