This normally happens while filling up the application form but you no need to worry about this it sometimes takes 2-3 working days to receive the confirmation. But if you haven’t received after this then you can do one thing, you can send the transaction details to the Centralised Student Registration Cell at 011-29571301 or 011-29571528, including the Control Number, your name, the programme you choose, your cellphone number, and the amount you paid. You can contact us by email at csrc@ignou.ac.in. If necessary, you may escalate your complaint and submit it to our website at http://igram.ignou.ac.in/.
