I saw a news today of the declaration of Delhi overseas scholarship 2022 for SC (Scheduled Caste) students for pursuing Higher Studies Abroad for the academic year 2022 has been released by the Department for the Welfare of SC/ST/OBC/Minorities, Government of NCT of Delhi. Scheduled Caste students can seek for financial aid to continue their education abroad through this.
Students can register online at scstwelfare.delhigovt.nic.in for Financial Assistance to SC Students for Pursuing Higher Studies Abroad 2022. Well I think the only limitation in this scholarship programme is,it’s only available to students pursuing master’s or doctoral degrees.
These talented students can fill out the online application form if they plan to pursue a Masters’ or Ph.D. in one of the following fields of study.
Management & Engineering
Applied Sciences & Pure Sciences
Agriculture, Medicine, and International Trade, Accounting, and Finance
Social Science & Humanities
They announced that for the entire duration of the Ph.D. course, the selected candidate will be paid Rs. 5,00,000 per annum subject to a maximum of Rs. 20,00,000 or actual amount whichever is less. Rs. 5,00,000 per annum subject to a maximum of Rs. 10,00,000 for pursuing a Masters’s degree or actual amount whichever gets completed first. Impressive, right?
The stipulated financial help is offered until the course/research is completed or until the following session, whichever comes first.
