Beginning February 21, DU will host a four-week stress management training workshop for its officials
An amazing step by Delhi University(DU) for their working officials in view for their mental health and stress. DU is going to conduct a 4 week training course on manging stress for their officials from Feb 21. Not only on manging stress but also on developing motivation and acquiring leadership skills. In this present testing scenario DU would like to educate the officers on how to deal with stress. Everyone experiences stress, whether it is as a result of job or personal concerns, and it is critical to discuss how to deal with it.
In this training the officials not only taught how to deal with stress but also trained on handling financial matters such as budgets and audits, ranking and administrative subjects related to promotions and pension, etc. Assistant registrars and administrative officials of the university and its affiliated colleges can take part in the programme.
Personally, I think this course would be very helpful to the officials working with DU and also to their mental health and their performance.
