Last Saturday during an event in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra our president Ram Nath Kovind recall the contributions of Dr. BR Ambedkar to education and his devotion towards this field. Talking about the contributions he also said that November 7 should be celebrated as Students’ Day.
During the president speech, I came to know about this in Maharashtra November 7 is already being celebrated as Students Day. That’s why president said that it should be celebrated in the entire country as Students Day on November 7.
