No need to confuse about this as the Date of birth is present in the Class Xth marksheet. Even in the future your Xth marksheet will be used as a validating document for your age or as age proof.
Even during board registration check carefully your personal details and also regarding DOB as if wrong details will be gone in the marksheet then this will create problem in the future even in the present time.
