According to a data I saw on the internet, With 99 million people, Bihar is India’s third-most populated state; its literacy rate (61.8 percent) is the lowest in the country, and female literacy (51.5 percent) is the second lowest.
Some causes, in my opinion, are…
1. Poverty:
There is no need to explain because we all know that Bihar is the sixth poorest state in the country. It is true that a sound economic basis is required for schooling. According to a government investigation by an authority, Bihar spends the least amount of money per student. Pathetic, isn’t it??
2. It lacks resource:
The elementary school system are organised. According to the Right to Education Act, Bihar now has 37.3 percent fewer teachers in elementary schools than it requires.
3. Environment:
There was a lack of an appropriate environment, but I believe that we are now building one as a result of increased awareness and ads.
4. Attitude:
Many people know I can’t go to further education or even secondary school due of my family’s background, so they quit sooner.
What do You think are the causes?
