Now, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) in New Delhi has decided to open its campus in stages. Face-to-face classes will open primarily for graduate students. Final year graduate students will be allowed to attend face-to-face classes from March 2, and students in the last semester of their undergraduate studies from March 15. For first and second year students, classes will continue online.

Among those attending offline classes, a negative RTPCR report is required along with a valid ID. Following an outcry from DU stationed students who said it was becoming increasingly difficult for them to arrange housing in “the shortest possible time”, Jamiya said it would reopen in phases and give students time to get to Delhi.
Jamia previously opened the doors to graduate students and the opening for them will continue as scheduled.
