The Pradhan Mantri Innovative Learning Programme: DHRUV has been started by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India to identify and encourage talented children to enrich their skills and knowledge.
It was started to identify and encourage talented children to enrich their skills and knowledge. In centers of excellence across the country, gifted children will be mentored and guided by renowned experts in different areas, so that they can reach their full potential.
Due to this program, many selected students will reach the highest level in their field and glow the name of their community, state, and nation.
