Here are my observations as how your daily writing habit is gonna improve your communication skills too:
a) It gives clarity: I think the clarity of the whatever you write is the first benefit of the writing process for your communication. Your message must be crystal clear in order for the recipient to grasp what needs to be done right away.
b) Makes you concise: Do you recall how your professors and tutors urged you to write your academic papers in a concise manner? In official paperwork, make sure you follow exactly the same.
c) Improves your Grammar: To ensure that your texts are error-free, brush up on your grammar abilities. Make sure you go over all of your documents at least twice, if not three times! Just practice daily.
d) It helps keeping you too the point: If you develop good writing skills, you will always know how to emphasize the key message.
e) Improves your tone: If you want to maintain strong relationships with your coworkers, make sure you speak in a calm and soothing tone. Even if the situation is crucial or you simply dislike the person you’re communicating with, you should never display your negative emotions. Its surprisingly helps you with this too!!
