If we apply for any post or wants to appear any exam, we have to reach it’s eligibility criteria. Experience is a very basic and important point in eligibility criteria. Experience can be of two type Essential Experience and Desirable Experience.
Essential Experience
Essential means extremely important or absolutely necessary. Those Experience which is must for the post or organisation can be placed under Essential Experience. Essential Experience mentions the basic Experience in that field in which you are applying.
Desirable Experience
Desirable means worth having and wanted by most people. That Experience which is desired for the post or which makes you a better option in front of the interviewer or examiner among all the candidates can be termed as desirable Experience. There is no any rules for desired Experience is important for notification or not.
