Jharkhand State Building Construction Corporation Limited invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Manager (Technical)
Essential Qualification: Full time degree in civil engineering from Government recognized University / Institute with 60% aggregate marks.
Essential Work Experience: 10 years experience in the field of construction supervision and contract management of building infrastructure construction projects.
The candidate should have relevant experience in execution/supervision of construction works involving earth work, shallow/deep foundation, raft footing, framed RCC structure, design mix of concrete, water proofing, water supply and sanitary works etc. Candidate should have handled different forms of contract, closing of contract, measurement of work items, rate analysis, preparation of detailed estimate, settlement of claim items of contractors, extension of time etc. Knowledge of PWD/CPWD Conditions of contract and Technical Specification will be an added advantage. Candidates must have a proven track record of having shown leadership qualities and ability to complete projects within the predefined time and cost.
