NDA and CDS (II) 2025 Exam Dates Announced – Apply from 28 May Onwards

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially announced the schedule for the NDA & NA (II), 2025 and CDS (II), 2025 examinations. These exams are crucial opportunities for aspirants aiming to join the Indian Defence Forces.

1. Visit the official UPSC website: https://upsconline.gov.in/
2. Click on “Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC”
3. Select NDA or CDS based on your preference
4. Fill out the online form and upload the required documents
5. Submit fees and print the application for future reference

Note: Correction window is usually available for a limited period after the last date.

Eligibility Criteria (Quick Overview)

NDA (II), 2025:

• Educational Qualification: 12th pass or appearing (with PCM for Air Force/Naval wings)
• Age Limit: Born between 2 Jan 2007 and 1 Jan 2010
• Gender: Male and Female, Unmarried

CDS (II), 2025:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree (specific degrees for INA, AFA)
• Age Limit: 19 to 25 years (varies by academy)
• Gender: Male and Female, Unmarried (OTA allows some relaxation)

Exam Pattern (Key Highlights)

NDA Exam:

• Mathematics – 120 Questions (300 Marks)
• GAT (General Ability Test) – 150 Questions (600 Marks)

CDS Exam:

• English – 100 Marks
• General Knowledge – 100 Marks
• Elementary Maths – 100 Marks (for IMA, INA, AFA only)

Time: 2 hours per paper
