It all relies on your mindset, preferences, and dislikes. If you want to make a lot of money, I recommend going into the private sector (which is, of course, the final hope for the general category) because the pay is much higher. On the other side, if you want to live a calm life, you should work in the public sector.
Public Sector:
- Life is calm and consistent. There are no ups and downs!! There will be no recession or work pressure. At a later point, it may become tedious.
- Highly respected societal status, and if you get wealthy than that, your societal status will be questioned.
- There is no stimulating work atmosphere. There are no skill updates. As a result, you become engrossed in the same mundane activities.
- Aside from the standard wage, there are extra amenities here, and life appears to be easier. This is fantastic!!
Private Sector:
- Private employment is admired for their higher pay packages at a young age and their exponential growth.
- Due to recessions, work pressure, and a poor work-life balance, life is unrelenting and full of ups and downs. There is no job security.
- With challenging labor, one can demonstrate his or her abilities and talent in a variety of ways. It’s great that there’s so much to learn! Can work in a healthy environment that they enjoy.
- There is no corruption. (It’s considered the best portion of private work) With the best ever road of non-corruption, you can become rich indefinitely and expand like anything.
- In Software MNCs, the quality of life and work is excellent. In metropolitan locations, one can live a high-profile lifestyle.
