i think it is depend on your area of interest and also the scope of the subject in future.

You can go with commerce subject because It has many job option in future.
As you said if you are in 10th, i think you should choose that subject in which you have interest. If you wants to make your career in the field of medical and engineering, Science would be best for you and if you have interest in mathematics or wants to work in banking or as a CA, you should choose commerce.If you opt Humanities or Arts then you have various course and job opportunities in many fields.
