Minority boarding schools in Telangana sent schools under their wing to celebrate the birthday of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao. Schools were ordered to spend no more than 10,000 rupees on the celebration. Minority schools are fully funded by the state government.
“A decision has been made to celebrate the birthday of Sri K. Chandrasekhar, Honorable Chief Minister of Telangana, in all institutions of the MRT,” the official notice reads. The program will be carried out in all schools of the PMR with the participation of parents, students, teachers, local authorities. /MLA, he added.
The students were asked to act out skits or dramas on the occasion. Plantations should also be taken where there is enough space, clean and green should be held. A special offer will be made available to all students, parents, teachers and staff. The institution also commissioned schools to provide fun and entertaining games, as well as distribute prizes. Awards should also be presented to students who have performed well in academic activities.
